Foreclosures Down Statewide

Foreclosures in Colorado were down 16% during 2008 according to the Colorado Division of Housing.  This is the largest drop since they began tracking statewide data in 2003.  This news further confirms for me that we are on the leading edge for a recovery.

Closer to home, Boulder County continues to have the lowest foreclosure rate in the Denver Metro Area.  So if you are looking for a great deal on a foreclosure in Boulder, Louisville or Superior you will have a hard time finding one.
