Getting Your House Ready to Sell

Deciding to sell your house is a big decision. Once you have decided to place your house on the market putting your houses ‘best foot forward’ is one important step to getting it sold. In my experience you are much better off doing the work in advance than waiting for a negotiation with a buyer that might never come.
