Superior is one of the fastest growing cities in the nation.  Superior is conveniently located off of Highway 36 between Boulder and Denver, near Louisville.  This traditionally small town has grown during the past decade with the construction the Rock Creek neighborhood.  Rock Creek is a master planned community that includes approximately 1,900 single-family homes and 1600 multi-family homes increasing Superior’s population to approximately 9,000.  Rock Creek has many built-in amenities including abundant walking trails, swimming pools and parks.  Superior is adjacent to Flatirons Crossing, a regional shopping mall that opened in 2000.  It is also conveniently located near the Interlocken Business Park which houses many international high tech companies.
