Real Estate on The Front Range

If you are out and about in Boulder County in the morning between 7 and 8, you  most likely have seen hot air balloons floating placidly across the sky. If you were to make reservations on a balloon you would find that the departure location is the only guarantee.  You never know where you are going to land.  Two or three of the most prolific hot air balloon companies in our area take off from a vacant commercial lot in Gunbarrel, just east of 63rd Rd. Conveniently, this take off spot is located near the Twin Lakes Open Space.  Which provides some great photo opportunities over the lakes.
