Real Estate Statistical Update for Boulder County

The market is going through its normal slowing cycle this time of year but we still have good news!

• Sales were up 17% compared to last September.
• Sales so far this year are up 24%.
• Inventory is down which is bad news for buyers (not much to choose from) and good news for sellers (not much competition).
• Interest rates are in the mid 3′s!  That’s not a typo.
